Re-Billing
Re-billing is securely though CCBill. We do not accept any other forms of payments currently for a re-billing subscription. We offer three, six and twelve months subscriptions with a re-billing feature which prevents interruptions to the VIP Membership service.You can cancel your subscription at anytime. If a subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours before the re-billing date, you will not be re-billed. It is important to know that deletion of an account or profile will not cancel the auto re-billing. This is why it is important for you to do this by visiting https://support.ccbill.com or by contacting CCBill directly.

Refunds:
We allow free members without charge to view other members profiles, other functions and features an unlimited period. This allows members all the time needed to decide if they want to try out the site and services before purchasing a subscription, including allowing members to view member profiles, numbers of members, member gender and other statistics relating to this site. We therefore only give refunds under the most extreme circumstances in accordance with our refund policy. Location dependant variations of our refund policy exists, please see refund policy for more information. Should a refund be issued by CCBill, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. CCBill will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism. Refunds will not be given if the user has used any of the messaging functions.

Chargebacks:
Honesty is always the best policy. Chargebacks costs us money. We operate an honest and professional service with a strong focus on customer care.

If in the unlikely event you are ever unhappy with the service, please contact our support team who may be able to help resolve any issues.

Chargeback claims if found to be false can have serious legal ramifications and can result in legal action against you if we find evidence to contradict a chargeback claim.

WARNING: Chargebacks costs us money. On very rare occasions there have been users who have used our service to contact others, then tried to get our service for free by claiming false reasons for chargebacks.

We therefore have an active Anti-Fraud Team that thoroughly investigates every chargeback claim and those found to be false will have legal ramifications for damages no matter how big or small and we will present information/evidence in a court of law to support our case which we feel is false or deceptive.

Therefore it is important for you to ensure your chargeback claim is genuine.
