The UK Online Safety Act is changing how websites like CCD are expected to operate.

Members who demonstrate honesty, respect, sincerity and kindness towards others are generally welcomed within our community. However, members who breach these standards risk being removed from the platform, possibly permanently.

Our aim is to provide an environment where members can express themselves on profiles, blogs, comments and other community areas while respecting other members, ClubCrossDressing staff and the rules of the Website.

Please bear in mind that membership of our site and community is not a right but a privilege.

Listed below are our Content Standards. Violation of any of these standards may result in account restrictions, suspension or termination.

We strongly encourage members to report behaviour or content that breaches these standards and to familiarise themselves with our Safety Centre.

All images and visual content must also comply with our Image Standards, which form part of these Content Standards.

Adult and Sexually Explicit Content

Visible genitalia, pornographic material and explicit sexual imagery are strictly prohibited in public and shared areas of the Website, including profiles, galleries, groups, forums, blogs and classifieds.

Profiles, blogs, comments and other public or shared content may contain adult, suggestive or non-graphic dating language, including references to identity, relationships, BDSM, kink or sexual preferences.

Graphic descriptions of sexual acts, pornographic content, unlawful content, harassment, coercion or other material that breaches these standards are not permitted in public or shared areas.

Unsolicited sexual or explicit messages or images are prohibited.

Private communications between members must comply with applicable law, our Terms and these Content Standards.

Your Content Must Not Contain or Promote:

  • Unsolicited sexual or graphic messages.
  • Visible genitalia, pornographic material or explicit sexual imagery in public or shared areas.
  • Harassment or defamation.
  • Blackmail or extortion.
  • Violence, threats or physical harm.
  • Scare-mongering.
  • Persistent disruptive, abusive or hostile behaviour.
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion or belief, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or any other protected characteristic.
  • Spam or unsolicited advertising.
  • Flooding timelines or other community areas.
  • Unauthorised promotion or solicitation.
  • Prostitution or trafficking.
  • Scams or fraudulent schemes.
  • Romance scams or financial exploitation.
  • Impersonation or deliberate misrepresentation.
  • Illegal content or the condoning, promotion or facilitation of illegal activity.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement.

Minors, School Themes and Ageplay

ClubCrossDressing is an adult-only service. Content involving or sexually presenting anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

  • Content involving or depicting minors in a sexual or suggestive context.
  • Sexualised references to minors.
  • Sexualised school uniforms or school clothing.
  • Sexualised school settings.
  • Sexual or suggestive youthful role-play.
  • Sexual ageplay involving a person presented as a child, teenager or otherwise under 18.
  • Any attempt to use wording, images or context intended to create an underage sexual theme, regardless of the stated real age of the participant.

Contact Details and External Communication

The unsolicited, repetitive, bulk or premature sharing of private or external contact information is prohibited.

This includes:

  • Email addresses.
  • Telephone numbers.
  • Social media accounts.
  • Messaging app details.
  • External websites.
  • Other external contact methods.

Members may exchange contact details as part of a genuine and established interaction between consenting members where permitted by the features of the Website.

The Website must not be used primarily to distribute contact information or move members off-site.

Attempts to share, disguise or encode external contact details in order to bypass our moderation, filtering or safety systems are prohibited.

This includes spacing, symbols, wording tricks, deliberate misspellings or any other method intended to evade detection.

Members must not repeatedly pressure or encourage other members to move communications off the platform where this may increase the risk of fraud, exploitation or harm.

Scams, Fraud and Exploitation

Members must not use ClubCrossDressing to deceive, manipulate, exploit or financially harm other members.

Prohibited behaviour includes:

  • Romance scams.
  • Fraudulent requests for money.
  • Financial manipulation.
  • False emergencies designed to obtain money.
  • Fraudulent sales or transactions.
  • Blackmail or extortion.
  • Coercive behaviour.
  • Emotional manipulation intended to obtain money, property or another benefit.
  • Trafficking or exploitation.

Harassment and Behaviour

Members must not engage in behaviour intended to harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse or deliberately disrupt another member or ClubCrossDressing staff.

This includes:

  • Persistent unwanted contact.
  • Threats.
  • Targeted abuse.
  • Bullying or intimidation.
  • Blackmail.
  • Malicious disclosure of private information.
  • Encouraging other members to target or harass another person.
  • Persistent disruptive or hostile behaviour.

Profiles and Public Content

The “About Me” section is intended to describe you and help other members understand your personality, interests and intentions.

Profiles that mainly contain quotations, copied text or material that does not relate to the member may be declined or returned for editing.

Profiles, biographies, timelines and other public or shared areas must not be used to:

  • Advertise spam or unrelated commercial services.
  • Publish disguised external contact details intended to bypass site restrictions.
  • Announce a specific current or planned location and time for the purpose of publicly inviting others to meet where this may create a safety concern.
  • Reference removed content in an attempt to bypass moderation decisions.
  • Use profiles primarily to complain about moderation decisions.
  • Publish false or misleading information about the Website, its staff, community or members.

Community Complaints and Moderation Disputes

Matters relating to individual moderation decisions, account restrictions or Customer Care issues should be addressed directly to Customer Care rather than being conducted through public profiles, timelines or community posts.

We may remove false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about the Website, its staff or its members where, in our reasonable opinion, they may cause harm, facilitate fraud or abuse, mislead members or damage the safety or proper operation of the community.

Content that, in our reasonable opinion, may materially harm the reputation, safety or quality of the Website or community may also be removed or restricted.

Duplicate Accounts and Ban Evasion

Creating duplicate accounts, using alternative identities or attempting to re-register after suspension or termination is prohibited where this is done to evade restrictions or enforcement action.

Accounts associated with an attempt to evade suspension or termination may also be restricted or removed.

Political Campaigning and Activism

ClubCrossDressing is a social community for crossdressers and gender-diverse individuals, not a platform for political campaigning or activism.

Content whose primary purpose is to promote, campaign for, oppose, recruit for, fundraise for, organise or debate political parties, political movements, elections, legislation, public policy or political causes may be removed at our discretion.

Community, identity, awareness, support and pride symbols relating to gender expression, LGBTQ+ identities, health awareness, disability awareness, national identity or similar personal affiliations are generally permitted provided they are not used to harass, intimidate, discriminate against or provoke conflict.

Existing Content

These standards apply to all new and updated content.

ClubCrossDressing has operated since 2009 and contains a substantial amount of historic member-generated content. Due to the age and volume of existing material, older content may not fully reflect current standards.

We prioritise moderation of newly created or updated content and material that is reported or reviewed.

Older content may remain visible unless reviewed, reported, updated or found to present a safety, legal or compliance concern.

Legacy content remains subject to our current Terms and Content Standards, and we reserve the right to remove or restrict older content where necessary.

Content May Be Reviewed Again

Content may be reviewed at any time, including after initial approval.

Previous approval does not prevent us from subsequently removing or restricting content where it is later found to breach our standards or where it may affect the safety, fairness or quality of the community.

What to Do if You Spot a Violation

If you come across content or behaviour that appears to breach these standards, please use the report link found next to the content in question and provide as much relevant detail as possible.

Violations Against Content Standards

We take violations of our Content Standards very seriously.

Depending on the nature and seriousness of the breach, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account or terminate an account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account immediately and without warning or refund for any subscriptions where these standards or our Terms are breached.

Repeated attempts to evade these standards, moderation decisions or safety systems may result in permanent account termination.
