We also allow free members without charge to view other members profiles, access to other functions and features (some limited access) for an unlimited period. This allows you all the time You need to decide if you want to try out the Site and Its Services before purchasing a subscription including allowing You to view member profiles, numbers of members, member gender and other statistics relating to this Site. Therefore we only give refunds under the most extreme circumstances. Please make sure that you've carefully read service description before making a purchase.

For subscriptions of members residing in the EU or European Economic Areas - in accordance with local law, you are entitled to a refund without stating any reasons why you have requested a refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Please be aware that this 14-day period commences when the subscription starts and we may deduct for days the service was used pro-rata. So if you had used the service from the start of your subscription for two days but before 14 days, the two days will be deducted pro-rata.

In the event you are eligible for a refund, the funds should post back to your account within 7 to 10 business and can only be reversed back to the account they came from. CCD or CCBill does not have the ability to issue refunds by cash, check or to another credit card or payment mechanism.

Chargeback claims if found to be false can have serious legal ramifications and can result in legal action against you if we or our payment vendors find evidence to contradict a chargeback claim.

Important: We have an active Anti-Fraud Team that investigates every chargeback claim and those found to be false may have legal ramifications for claims against you for damages no matter how big or small. If we feel a chargeback claim is fraudulent, we may present information/evidence in a court of law to support our case which we feel is false or deceptive. Therefore it is important for you to ensure your chargeback claim is genuine.
