ClubCrossDressing operates as a freemium service. Free members can use the site for as long as they wish, view member profiles, browse the member database, like content and posts, add members to favourites, see profile visitors, and send and receive a limited number of messages each day.
CCD+ provides immediate access to additional premium benefits, including unlimited messaging, public posting, blogs, timelines or walls, fan information, and selected subscriber-only content and interactive features.
Therefore, refunds are only given in the most exceptional circumstances.
Refund Policy
Because members can assess and use most of ClubCrossDressing before purchasing CCD+, refunds are not provided because a member changes their mind, dislikes the service, finds few suitable members in their area, does not use their subscription, or closes their account early.
CCD+ access begins immediately when the subscription is activated. Payments are final and non-refundable once premium access has been provided, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of ClubCrossDressing or where required by applicable law.
Refund Payments
Any refund approved by ClubCrossDressing or required by applicable law will normally be returned to the original payment method. ClubCrossDressing and CCBill cannot ordinarily issue refunds by cash, cheque, or an unrelated payment method.
Where a refund is issued, the associated CCD+ Subscription and access to premium features may terminate immediately. The account may be downgraded to free membership.
ClubCrossDressing may contest payment disputes concerning valid and authorised transactions. We may provide the payment provider with relevant records, including payment authorisation, acceptance of our Terms, subscription activation, account activity, and use of premium features.
Members are encouraged to contact Customer Care first so that billing concerns can be investigated promptly.
⚠️ Account Suspension or Termination
Members whose accounts are suspended or terminated for breaching our Terms, Community Standards, Content Standards, Image Standards, or other applicable policies will not receive a refund for any remaining subscription period, except where ClubCrossDressing is legally required to provide one.
⚠️ Record Retention
Relevant transaction, subscription, dispute, and account records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment disputes, enforcement of our Terms, or legal claims. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
