As a free member of ClubCrossDressing, you can view profiles, access many features, and send a limited number of messages before choosing to upgrade. CCD+ subscriptions provide immediate access to additional premium features.
Refunds are not provided once access to CCD+ features has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
Certain features, posting content, and access to restricted areas are available exclusively to CCD+ subscribers.
Immediate Access & Cancellation Rights
By purchasing a CCD+ Subscription, you expressly request immediate access to premium features. You acknowledge that, once access to those features has begun, your statutory right to cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period no longer applies, where permitted by applicable law, because the digital service has been supplied immediately at your request.
This applies equally to subscription renewals, where continued access to premium features is provided immediately upon renewal. To prevent a renewal charge, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
Refunds will not be given for change of mind, early account closure, or non-use after access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
If a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. ClubCrossDressing and CCBill cannot issue refunds by cash, cheque, or alternative payment methods.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, we will review the matter and provide relevant records to the payment provider where appropriate. This may include evidence of account registration, acceptance of our Terms, payment authorisation, and use of the service.
Submitting a dispute for a valid and authorised transaction may result in the recovery of associated fees and costs where permitted by applicable law and payment provider rules. We encourage members to contact us first, as most billing issues can be resolved quickly.
We reserve the right to respond to payment disputes using documented evidence of the authorised transaction, service access, and acceptance of our Terms.
Accounts terminated by us for violations of our Terms or Community Standards are not eligible for refunds, except where required by applicable law.
Transaction and account records may be retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
