CCD offers two messaging systems. CCD Mail functions like email, while CCD Instant Messenger works similar to Facebook Messenger. The CCD Instant Messenger also allows video and voice calls. To access the CCD Instant Messenger, simply click the Speech bubble in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
