Pride month

As we enter into pride month and the start of summer for most of the northern hemisphere. I wanted to take a moment to reflect on how important it is to let everyone you know you love them and care about them. Even through adversity and conflict, fears, or unease, it is important to show strength and unity. My change has been slow, but progressively moving forward. I have come to realize, not by celebration or a flag about who I am, or whom I choose to Love. But by the kind words, warm hearts, wishes and even some deep desires shared by a lot of you on here. I have cherished every talk, every picture, every video and in many cases, the absolute trust to open up and discuss things with each other that might have otherwise never been spoken. Please don't let a symbol or a yearly celebration dictate your life. Be whom you need to be year round. Accept who you are and where you want to be. I for one have truly begun to change and seek love, relationships, desires and passions I hid for so long.  It's time to break free, to come out of the closet and meet the people I need to associate with more. Not just during some street festivals, but in day to day life. Ladies, keep dressing, keep being you. Keep believing. Hold your head up high. Fight for what you believe in. Don't give up... You'll get there.
