What happens after you submit a report?

  • Every report is reviewed carefully, and appropriate action is taken when required.
  • The reported account may remain visible while the matter is being investigated.
  • Your identity and the information you provide will not be shared with the reported member.
  • A member of our moderation team will assess the situation and decide the next steps in line with our policies.
We do not mediate personal disagreements, we will only take action if our platform rules or safeguarding policies are violated.

Due to privacy rules, we may not be able to share the outcome of a report. However, please be assured that all reports are taken seriously.

As in everyday life, we can only act when there is sufficient evidence. Please keep any relevant messages, posts, or content that may assist our investigation. Useful items include message history, URLs, and screenshots of pages or images.
