The idea of putting boys into dresses has always fascinated me. In an instant the boy loses the masculinity granted by trousers and the substitution of a pretty frock makes him an instant girl.

In this picture I adore the dress - it is so pretty! And the way the boy's feet are placed so girlishly and his hands are touching his feminine finery.
