Halloween is such a Favorite Time of Year for Me

Once again Halloween has flown by so fast. I know it is designed mainly for the youngsters, but I still think it is one of my favorite times of year and I find myself spending the weeks up to it planning on my various costumes. decorating, and working in the kitchen putting together my gift treats baskets. This year we were able to once again finally hold our office costume contest and party and it was so fun to be all together again after the past two years. I also had such fun at the neighborhood block party and going back out to the local clubs. It's fun for me to be able to step out of character and be a little creative in the various costumes. It used to be my so called safe time when I was younger to go out dressed, but now since I have been living the dream, it has been an opportunity to show off different sides of me. I think I have decided that while it happens one day each year why not keep things fun and do have more cos play times just to keep things interesting!
