HELLO POSSUMS

Hello all you possums out there. I just could not resist paying a tribute to the one, the only, the fabulous Dame Edna Everage. Never was a woman so right there in everyone's face as this wonderful icon of the stage. And that lovely melodious feminine voice of hers - it just made me swoon with delight. She had an unbelievably quick, razor sharp wit and always an eye for the outlandish, her gowns were always a cut above the fray and Oh! the colours! She will never be forgotten and be always loved. And did I mention those custom eyeglasses she always wore? Wonderful. Love you Girl!!

As well Sir Les Colin Patterson, that iconic Australian politico with the salubrious grin retires with the wonderful Dame Edna. Yes probably in the same casket!!!! He too was a one off. They broke the mold after he was made. Rest in peace, Sir Les. I hope they pack a nice bottle of Irish Whisky with you for the journey.

And now Possums, on to other things. It has come to my attention that some Girls on here are distinctly unfriendly to male suitors who may approach them on their sites. In fact, I caught that bug sometime ago and posted "No Men Please" after awhile I rethought it and removed that control. It is just pure elitism and distinctly unfriendly. In fact my experience on CCD has been that the CD Admirers are some of the nicest people around. So I removed it. Although I must admit it is nice to see a picture of those whom you converse with. Hopefully a true one. On that note Bonne Chance Possums!
