Peace Is Found

Peace comes slowly to those who fight

Now in mature years I realise peace comes

To those who step away from the fight

Hindsight teaches me there was nothing to prove

Only to discover oneself in truth

There is no fight the path is there to walk

How deluded was I in my material world

Alpha male is not the point

I suppose we chimps need a dominant to follow

I turn my back to the crowd

Now peace is found
