Small Steps

It was very much a spur of the moment thing.  I had to collect something from a store.  As it was night already, I thought I might wear a skirt whilst driving.

Before I changed clothing, I picked up the item from the store.  Then I drove to a quiet dark street and in the drivers seat I changed my jeans for my long black skirt.  I felt free and a little femme too!

I started the car up and drove off.  I was driving in a skirt!  Just like a female would. It felt great.  I knew there was a park nearby that would be dimly lit.  What if I got out of the car in my skirt and went for a walk in the dark park? 

That’s exactly what I did!  I waited until there were no cars driving past and no pedestrians. Then I got out of the car and started walking.  My heart was beating and I was excited.  It felt exhilarating.  I also noticed the cool air around my legs too.  I was enjoying myself. It was amazing. Then I saw someone walking through the park.  I froze.  They obviously had not seen me, or couldn’t be fussed.  Or maybe they thought I was female?  Who knows.

I made my way back to my car and drove off.  Near home I parked the car and changed back into my jeans.  Then I drove home.

I know it was only small steps, but to me it was a major milestone.  Hopefully I will build on this moving forward.
