En femme in public for the first time

After many sneak outs from my home to friends homes I finally went out en femme and met another couple in a lovely luxury hotel for drinks.

I wore long boots, a nice dress and fully made up. The funny thing is that I thought I’d be nervous about it but the talking with other like minded people on sites like this and connecting with CD’s, TV’s and trans gender girls as well as women and men about our experiences and how I felt and listening to them and how they felt on their journeys have me courage and strength and you realise that most of your fears about going out in public are those of your own self consciousness as you imagine everyone will be looking and staring. The truth is I was able to walk into the entrance of the hotel, confident and with an awe of this is who I am and not have any insecurities about it. I found the couple I was meeting in the lounge and we sat down, chatted, laughed, had drinks and it was just a lovely relaxing time. I did clock a couple of women go by and smile and also a couple of men glance over but in general as life is, everyone just gets on and does there own thing and you just blend in like a normal woman. It made me feel the most amazing I’ve ever felt and it’s thanks to the places like here that give you the strength and confidence to do these things. You are all amazing and Thankyou for helping me take this wonderful step in the world and my life xx
