Happy Halloween all!
N̈oel here. As i've had the great joy to meet so many here... your support... tips... kind words and sisterhood everywhere i turn*****I have always wondered .. "how did you choose your name??
We all choose one name out of countless possibilities... i'd truly love to share mine... and hear, as appropriate, yours??
For me... from a very young age.. probably 6 years old... i loved the old superman serials... Lois Lane was, and is, to me the ultimate form of feminine brains and beauty in the fabulous retro 50s era which I adore. Her innocent "getting captured" and trussed up too was an overwhelming visual that imprinted on me...pretty gorgeous stuff then.. and now... for me at least. It was so mesmerizing*****I wanted to recreate it.. be that*****and so.. here we are... I love it so.
I actually used " Lois " for a few weeks when I first really started dressing and engaging 5 years ago... but it didn't quite fit right... so I thought... of the many actresses who have played Lois... who is my favorite? .. and she is the wonderful Noel Neil... and I was... ohh! Perfect perfect...fits me like a tailored pencil skirt!!! : )
So now you have " the rest of the story" ... (IYKYK)... love and thanks to all here that have made my journey sooo beautiful!! Huggs and kissez... Noel (wink!)
please if you wish... love to start this conversation! Here or reach out to me! Ill always answer!

I think this is a beautiful story. perfectly said. so personal.
There's a longer story, but the short version is I wanted something that was maybe a little more old-fashioned and something a bit mysterious. My full name is a way to both project power as well as honor the Domina who has helped me to develop who I am.
I chose Nikki years ago, myself and my wife had a fantasy about a mutual friend of ours. Unfortunately the fantasy threesome never came to fruition so when my dressing became more serious it was an easy decision. X
I chose Vicky because I have lovely cousin of the same name plus I absolutely love anything Victorian so there you go xxxVicky
A great topic to blog. I chose my name ‘Alice’ after my grandmother. She was born in the Victorian era and I’ve always been fascinated with photos of her as a young woman. So naturally beautiful. I share some visual resemblance to her and so I’m named in her honour.
Gini was my favourite girl of the year in Club Magazine when I was in my teens, I can't remember her real name. So Ginny was an easy pick, and Gee is a play on my surname.
My name has rather Novel beginning. In UK we have cigarette tobacco called 'Amber Leaf' Amberle comes from that.
Loving all these insites!! Hotties at work...freddy!! AcDc! Yesssss!
Simple one, Rosie from Whole Lotta Rosie by AC/DC, who wouldn't want to be take their name from a plump hooker from Melbourne's Red Light zone that Bon Scott had a fun time with!!! The Jo part is just a bit of fun tagged onto the end.
I read a book (can't remember the title) when I was young in which one of the characters was called Melissa, and shortly after I started dressing about ten years ago I adopted it. About three years ago I decided I needed a surname and chose Mercury as I always admired Freddie Mercury.
Melissa Mercury.
