If you would like to stop a member from contacting you, this can be done quickly. Simply visit their profile and select “Block user”, or choose “Report” the button from the menu.

Blocking a member will prevent them from messaging or contacting you. However, it does not stop either user from viewing public profiles or content on the main site. If you also use Instant Messenger, you will need to block the member there separately.

Blocking is a personal safety feature and can be used whenever you feel it is necessary.

Unblocking on the Main CCD Site:
To unblock a member, go to your settings and open the “Black List” tab. You can also access this page directly using the link below.

Unblocking in CCD Instant Messenger:
On a mobile device, tap the icon in the top left corner of the screen to open the menu. From there, select “Settings”, where you can manage and unblock users.

On a computer or laptop, open CCD Instant Messenger and click the “...” (three dots). Choose “Manage Block List” to view and unblock any members.
