Before contacting us

Please make sure you are logged in to your account. This allows us to verify that you are the account owner before making any changes.

Request an email address change

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to our Customer Support page.
  3. Send us a support request asking to change the email address associated with your account.
  4. Include the new email address you would like to use.
  5. Our support team will review your request and update your email address once your account has been verified.

Important: For your security, we cannot change the email address on an account if we are unable to verify that the request is coming from the account owner.
