Just ignore the "varied sensations" below the supper table, if the other Ladies of the community and myself decide "entertaining" your stomach's is not enough...
- Valeries' veggie chili, w/ long grain brown rice
- Valeries' farmers supper (PEI style baked potato with crispy skin on, frozen mixed vegetables, and long grain brown rice)
- Valeries' Thai peanut stir-fry (Thai stir-fry veggies, PB&Me dehydrated peanut butter powder (so next to zero added sugar), phad Thai sauce, tamari sauce, BBQ sauce) w/ quinoa
Cooking up a storm, 3 separate meals, 7 days+ of "ship rations" per meal, each meal being FULLY veggie compliant, nutritionally complete, and VERY clean (not a lot of "crap adds".)
Totaling in (at least 21 individual units, that will also all freeze well.)
Going to make a hell of a wife or grand-mother some day!
Perhaps a big-batch of my mini-biscuits tomorrow?
In other news, "Wicked Game" is feeling a lot more natural.
Now if I can just clean up my sloppy E chord...
Bought my first one piece swimsuit today, as am looking forward to getting back into deep water aquafit.
In the process, "accidentally" also bought a comprehensive Twerking fitness video course, while doing research for some new booty shorts.
Fitness and good health come to those who "show up", and I have been dreaming instead of doing for entirely too long!
Next in queue will be either yoga, belly dance, or pole dancing (eventually all three, just a question of what/when.)
So... in pursuit of Lady fitness, I just signed up for a *COMPLREHENSIVE* "Twerking" class...
This is a positive start, after which I hope to also pursue "belly-dance" and "pole-dancing" styles! 
Time for this lady's beauty sleep, and looking forward to further contact in dream-land!
I personally need a lot (more than the 3 hrs / night I usually alot), to help the outside reflect what I feel inside.

Decided to pickup my tenor ukulele and start working on learning a new song (Chris Issak's "Wicked Game".)
Its always held a certain haunting quality for me, perhaps since I first encountered it late at night, years ago, on Much More Music (Canadian equivalent of MTV.)
Assuredly it made an impression, and even more so when I heard the epic cover by Mrs Smith (strong recommend to listen to it!)
