Preamble Preventive health care for many in the population is a critical and necessary part of our lives, helping with early disease detection. It's well known that missed screening can result in missed diagnosis, delayed treatment and reduced chances of survival.Cancer screening | Cancer Rese…
As a therapist, I have conducted much research, asked questions and investigated many areas of the Trans spectrum. In this paper, I aim to dismantle the myth that trans attraction by men is a fetishisation. I will seek to show how authentic attraction to transgender women is distinct, de…

Great article
Very good read Krissy.
No, it definitely is not!! Please carry on enlightening the doubters in our society. I love your blogs, and thank you.
IntroductionDefining what a woman is when life, I suppose, was a little more ‘black and white’, and no one would probably argue or challenge it. If we struggled, then a trusted dictionary would come to the rescue. However, even that isn’t as crystal clear or scientifically grounded. With all t…
This is very in-depth and laced with a mixture of politics, philososphy and psychology....stick with it, and if you wish to read more, then there are links embedded within the text

Thank you so much for your description of the differences. I have been questioning where I fit and you have given me some answers to my questions. As many, I started cross dressing at an early age 8. However, I married and could then only cross dress when on business trips. Not to long ago I became single and immediately started cross dressing almost everyday. when home. Now I dress everyday. But, you pointed something out to me. I do envy women, the gracefulness, walking, their clothes and almost down to having sex with men. I envy their being able to be so feminine, their shapes, make up, shaving, their legs. Now I find myself moving more into that and it scares me. I'm too old to transition, but love the opportunity to keep moving forward to some sort of contentment. My cross dressing includes, shorts, lounging wear, dresses, anything womanly. Thank you for opening my eyes.
I absolutely loved this article! I am now a 68-year-old, transgender woman, and I realised from very early childhood that, in my mind, I was feeling that something just wasn't right, but I didn't understand my feelings until it was too late for me to actually do something about it. How wrong I was! I finally accepted that it's never too late, and I started on my long-awaited journey to become the true person that had lived inside of me for so many years, and been suppressed for countless reasons, that I won't go into details about, because they are feelings that I still feel as betrayal, not only to myself, but to everyone concerened in my life.
I have always been, and have never stopped feeling feminine, even though outwardly masculine. I am a transgender female, and started transitioning when I believed that the time was right for me!
For the very first time in my life, I now feel free!!
The only thing that I can add is that it's never too late to embrace your true self.

In the world today, trans people in general are the most vulnerable minority; this reason alone is why they have become a football for politics and the media. The issues in the United States toward this minority affect Europe and the United Kingdom. As a practitioner, I am preparing myse…
I am 100% in agreement with you. We are going to have the same fight as LGBTQ people had, and it will be long and hard. In a few years a new UK Government just might have a transgender MP, I really hope so. Until then we just have to keep on fighting for our rights and to be treated properly and with respect. This will be a long and hard battle, but more and more are turning to transgender so the more of us there are the more people are going to listen to us. In the meantime we must just keep on fighting for our rights the best way we possibly can. Regards Bethany
