Introducing a new feature: Video calling is now available on mobile devices and desktops within CCD. To initiate a video call, just click the camera icon located in the top right corner of any chat window and begin chatting through video.

Please remember: Your browser needs to have access to the microphone and camera on your device. Typically, this access is enabled by default on mobile devices. If not, you can easily enable them in your mobile device settings.

If you see the camera button disabled, this is because either the other person is not wanting to accept video calls or they do not have their camera and microphone enabled for their browser.
