There is no denying the euphoria that crossdressing brings. The feeling goes well beyond a quick sexual thrill and cannot be explained or understood unless experienced. However, there are still the down cycles where we question our dressing even though we know for a fact that we will never completely give it up. I am in one of those down cycles. For me, the down cycles last one or two days. During these times, I self judge, thinking to myself " You're acting like a fool! What are you trying to prove? It's just clothing that won't change anything! This is ridiculous. I look ridiculous! Who are you dressing for? You're wasting your money! What does your wife REALLY think? Why don't you just stop." Etc., etc., etc. Self judging is the worst because you know where all your pain points are. Fortunately, I am way beyond the urge to purge. I know that I will be dressing and enjoying again soon. Heh, I wonder if this is similar to what GGs feel like during PMS. Oh well. Nothing to do for it until my next dressing.

Hello Candi, Thank you for your words. Even if they are already months old. It speaks from my soul what you say. I have been taking estrogens for six weeks, feel how I am less horny and get a little distance from this eternal desire to satisfy myself in lingerie. Yes, it's just clothing, but it stands for something in us that defines us internally. Life doesn't always find its own way... sometimes you have to help. I greet you and wish you a lot of fun and happiness on your journey... a journey that we all make. And I hope that on our journey from nothing to nothing we give meaning to life....
Warm regards
Josie
Big hugs sweetie, i feel for you xxx
I understand it is normal from my experience to have these down cycles. I had one last year and got rid of everything I loved to wear. It's difficult to dress at the moment due to having a lodger who is to my knowledge completely unaware. Its been nice to treat myself again recently. Your absolutely right It is part of who I am. I hope you on the up Candi
