I've been to Thailand when living in the Middle East in the '60s and '70s. and the ladyboys there, well they gave me a whole new perspective! I visited Bangkok twice and Pattaya Beach once. More fun than chasing a pig in mud on the farm, for sure! I'm retired and wiser for sure, but I have never related to any particular "age" defined by the number of birthdays. Every new person I meet as well as friends I have are always surprised when I answer the question, "How old are you," inevitably comes up? I answer by saying, "How old do you think I am?" And the answers I get seem to always be about twenty years younger than I am. I have either never grown-up, never given it a thought, or hm, am just stuck with a Peter Pan Complex and am really immature! Nah, I'm simply having too much fun to take the time to figure out how to act my age! lol, I spent my career life more as a consultant in a variety of areas. My curiosity and ADD kept me scratching that itch to move and change my profession about every three years. I went to college for about fifteen years for the same reasons as in my career. I wound up with five degrees all with different minors... I love meeting people and am friendly, easy-going, accepting, adventurous, curious and can be kinky as you'll let me be in bed at times. Having been divorced since the eighties and a drastic life-changing event in 2002 I have been living alone for fifteen years or so and haven't been in the dating scene at all. Thoughts of that were overwhelmed by the need for solitude and soul searching... which ended about a year ago. So any game I might have had in my younger years, which wasn't much, has run dry and I am re-learning my social skills, which have grown rather rusty. It's not that hard, I love people, new experiences, being highly social, genuine, an old ****** romantic I live my life with integrity and openness. Oh, and my favorite way to end a date/night out is slow dancing to Sinatra, Martin -well, a host of younger and more recent artists who know what the term "crooners" refers to - in a dim bar, a nightcap, and intimate conversation.
I'm looking forward to the next stage of my life!
